Re: WN3000RPv2
Here is the user guide on the 3000RPv2

But you may need to factory reset the units and set them up again.

Re: WN3000RPv2
I have the exact same problem. I tried both connecting via physical cable or wirelessly to the extender, I'm not able to access mywifiext.net or it's default ip, which is 192.168.1.2150. All go to "unable to connect". I even tried factory reset button. Still the same. What can I try next?

Have you tried to hold the reset button for 10+ seconds?

Re: WN3000RPv2
I bought the GearHead Network Support for Home Products for $139.99. They are the worst tech support I have ever had contact with. My problem is the the 2 range extenders i have wn3000rpv2 and 3 lost internet connection taking my ARLO security cameras off. I spen 2 hours with 1 tech Monday and 2 hours that afternoon with a supervisor and he could fix it. They have a process that they take your call and tell you someone will call you in 2 hrs or 3 hrs which they never did. I called them both times and they said sorry the supervisor is not available but today they said some one will call me back in 3 hours today, we will see. Like I have nothing else to do but wait by the phone. Don't buy this Support. I have tried to find a way to complain to Netgear but can't fins a way so I'll use this format.
I can connect the range extenders through the Genie but 'no internet connection". Any one that can hel please do.
