WN3000RPv3 firmware 1.0.2.24 has less settings than 1.0.1.24?
Hi, I just bought a WN3000RPv3, it came with firmware version 1.0.1.24. Once I verified everything was up and running I upgraded to the latest firmware version, 1.0.2.24. It looks like the admin interface is much more modern, but it also looks like I lost the ability to configure a few things, for example the Wifi speed seems to be locked to 144Mbits, while with the previous version I could bump it to 300. It also looks like it's locked to channel 1, is this normal or did the system pick it up as the best channel?

Did you factory reset the router after the firmware upgrade?

No, why would I factory reset it?

It seems from your initial post that there have been significant GUI changes in the new firmware, and in that case given the issue you are having a factory reset can resolve that kind of problem. You could save your current configuration first if you have doubts that a factory reset will help, then reload those settings after the reset (after checking that the issue is fixed or not).
