WN3000RPv3

N300WiFi Range Extender has been installed for some time without problems.

Now cannot connect to Virgin media hub network. It appears to be locked out (password protected symbol) but showing OPEN as opposed to secure.

Unable to progress further because extender cannot connect with the internet?

I'd appreciate any help on how I can find a solution to this.

    Did you try factory resetting it and reinstalling it?

        And where in the process did it fail? What have you tried doing? What method of install are you using? Details help more than "tried it."
