Dear Sirs/Madams,

I would appreciate your help. I have a Netgear Extender which was being used by with a previous internet contract. We have a new connection here now, and a new router, but I am having trouble connecting it to the new network. The instructions seem straightforward, (Insert plug/Press WPS on plug then router/connect via web page) but nevertheless I cannot seem to connect to the relevant NetgearEXT wireless connection nor acccess the webpage. I am connecting via mobile, and I will when I can try the same connection via laptop instead, but I get a Reset [1] message, (poss as a result of having factory reset the device). My router is using the correct AES security and has WPS (which I have tried) I would appreciate some insight if you have any clue as to what to do next as I am a bit stuck. Thanks for any help offered.

    Hello Scott,

Welcome to the community! Please factory reset the extender by pressing on the small black button using a pin for 15+ seconds and then join the NETGEAR_EXT wifi network using a phone or laptop. After you connect to the NETGEAR_EXT network with your phone or laptop, browse to www.mywifiext.net and follow the setup instructions.

Please let me know if you run into any issues.
