WN3000rpv1H2-Unable to enter password

Hello,

We've been using the wifi extender sucessfully for 2 years and updated our to a Verizon router. We reset the extender according to the instructions and are able to Connect to the NETGEAR_EXT (SSID) wireless network, but cannot enter the password becase the terminal is grayed out.  

Any ideas?

Update: We are able to enter the password (password) after reseting the extender but it says it's incorrect.
