WNCE2001 setup page instead of connected device
I had a WNCE2001 running for several years to interface an "irrigation caddy" controller that only has ethernet to my house wifi. It stopped working, had a solid red light for power regardless of how it was powered up and I guess the hardware died so I got another one.
I can't get it to configure the way it used to work. DHCP is off and the irrigation caddy is at a fixed address (.112) so I can browse to it on the web. If I connect my laptop directly to the irrigation caddy it's working, but when I connect to .112 over WiFi I only get the netgear setup screen, not the device that it's connected to.
The ethernet and wifi connections are all working. Firmware is up to date.
How do I get the WNCE2001 to route incoming traffic to the connected device rather than the setup screen? I can't see any options to set.

Re: WNCE2001 setup page instead of connected device
Does the WNCE2001 show a good connection to the Wireless router with the expected IP data etc?

Yes, the wireless network is fine. That's how I'm seeing the setup screen. My laptop browser connects to the WNCE2001 over wifi and I get the internal setup web page for the WNCE2001 rather than the web page for the device connected to it's ethernet port.

Re: WNCE2001 setup page instead of connected device
I’m guessing here that the ‘2001 is unaware of the existence of the ‘irrigation caddy’ due to its static IP, is that IP definitely on the correct subnet? Is it a true static IP or is it set be Address Reservation? Does the Irrigation caddy generate regular traffic, is it passing through the ‘2001? If you power cycle the caddy does it become accessible for any length of time e.g. 5 minutes? Does the Ethernet port of the ‘2001 have indicator that show any activity, or the same at the irrigation caddy?
Sorry for all the questions, just trying to build a picture of what might be going on.

Re: WNCE2001 setup page instead of connected device
The Irrigation Caddy is purely a web server, it has no outbound traffic. It's static IP configuration has not been changed, and it was working for several years with the previous WNCE2001. The ethernet is detected on the WNCE2001 status page, the green light is on. Power cycle does not help.
