if all the LED are solid LED then unit is in brick stage.
remove all the cables to the router including power supply. let sit for few minutes to 30min.
try again. reset the unit also may need it but if still has an issues you router is bricked. if the unit is still under warranty contact support via my.netgear.com or call support
