Weak Security Warning

Re previous case #44061134

Sir,

I have previously reported my concern over a potential security issue that is being flagged up,  regarding my network extender.

Your team member has indicated that it is possible for me to set the settings on my extender.

On the side of the product is a button marked 'WPS'. I do not think this is what is meant and that I should not press it.

I have loogged onto my account on your website and I have downloaded updates, but this has not stopped the warning message that I am getting.

Can you please be more specific about what I must do to ensure that the highest security settings on this product are enabled?

Will you also confirm, will this product be working on WPS2 -TKIP, or WPS2 - AES?

Thank you

Hi, the weak security warning is due to the latest iOS update that detects if your network is using WPA3. WPA3 is available on the latest networking devices.
