WiFi Range Extender N300- can't connect to network
I was able to connect the extender to my wifi network, and the new extended network is visible on my laptop, but when I try to connect to it I get an error message saying 'cannot connect to this network'. If i open mywifiext.net in my browser the page says 'you are not connected to your extender's wifi network', and directs me to open 'http://mywifiext', which brings up an error page - the IP address could not be found. Any thoughts on how to proceed?

Please factory reset the extender by pressing on the small black button using a pin for 15+ seconds then join the NETGEAR_EXT wifi network using a phone or laptop. After you connect to the NETGEAR_EXT network with your phone or laptop, browse to www.mywifiext.net and follow the setup instructions
