WiFi Settings on Computer Can Not See Extender - Did I set it Up Correctly

Quick Question - The EX7000 "Device to Extender LED" lights up as well as the "2.4 GHZ Link Rate" on the front of the Extender.

When I go into WiFi settings on my computer I only see my router name and not the Extender.   Did I set up the Extender correctly?

Also I can't get to http://mywifiext when I type that in on the computer's browser.

the EX7000 is a mesh extender. so if you set it up  using wps or using the default settings in the installation assistant/app it'll setup using the same ssid (name) as the router. so it won't show up as seperate.
