Hi, when I enter my WiFi password into the extender it says it's not correct however I know it is. Is anyone able to help me with this please.
what router are you connecting to?Did you setup via wps or via the installation wizard?
If you used wps, I'd recommend factory resetting and re-running install using the installation wizard.
