I have successfully connected my wifi extender with my router. However, when I go to to put in a password to connect my device to the extended router, it does not accept my router password. I know for certian I am putting in the correct password and I have tried it several times. And I can't access the screen to change my password until I am connected to the extender.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this frustrating issue?
Thank you.

what router are you connecting it to?
What method of setup did you use?
Wps or the installation assistant? If it was wps, I'd recommend factory resetting and restalling using the installation assistant. a lot of ISP supplied routers are poorly coded and it can create issues.
