Wireless Extender Not Working!!

Whenever I connect to the extender I cannot go on netgear extender website, it always gives me an error and says I'm not connected to the internet. I've tried multiple factory resets. Any help??

    How are you trying to access it? 

    Have you tried hardwiring into it with a pc/laptop? if you do, disable the wireless on the pc/laptop you use so it doesn't default back to its wireless connection. 

    What actual error is it giving you? 

    Where in the process is it failing? 

    Without us being there, we need accurate info/descreptions to better help

      I am also experiencing this issue.

      I successfully set up my first extender in my kitchen, and am able to access it everywhere in the house.

      However...

      When I plug in my SECOND extender, and I connect to the extender's wireless network, a tab opens in Chrome automatically. The tab attempts to go to the management page, but then gives the same error as described by others in this thread.
