Wireless repeater question
I have an Arris router connected to the internet and I just made a rig and it is too far from the router (also doesn't have wifi). I have a second router which is Netgear WNDR3400V3 and I was thinking if it is possible to connect this router wirelessly to the first one and then use an ethernet cord to connect the Netgear to my rig. Anyone that can help and tell me how to do this? I searched tutorials everywhere but cannot figure out how to do this. Please help. I think I need to make it as a repeater
Thanks.

Re: Wireless repeater question
The functionality you are looking for goes by various names, wireless bridge, media bridge and client bridge are a few. Only a few Netgear routers support it. The WNDR3400V3 does not. Third-party firmware, like DD-WRT, will support it. Look here for starters.
