This extender continuously rejects my wifi password key. My router sees the extender no problem...but when registering any device to the extender with the 5ghz key "incorrect" password is displayed on the device....arrrgggghhh...help anyone please

Welcome to the community!

 

1. You can try accessing the extender's UI to confirm the wireless password.

2. If the extender shows up as a connected device to the router, you can use the IP address of the extender to access the UI.

3. Are your devices able to connect and go online when connected to the 2.4GHz band of the extender?

4. During setup, did you use the same password for the extender and your main router?
