Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!
I called customer service today as I was being blocked from my work web site; I responded when prompted that the web address as OK, but still was denied access. I had a huge project due by COB and was desperate. Filed an on line claim and called customer service. Was put on wait/hold for 45 minutes and then when someone came on I explained the situtation and they hung up on me. I then called the regular company number and dialed "0" for the operator and was asked to leave a message because no one was available (4:30 pm pst). I left a message and asked for assistance. It is now 6:10 pm and no one has called; no help... This is the worst customer support I have ever had.

Most "googled" customer support lines are scam sites.
To reach customer service, click on "mynetgear" at the top. register an account and then your netgear device.
From there you can contact customer service or open a support case.
