XR500 with EX7700, Device Manager not showing devices

I have had the Router XR500 for couple years now, never had a issue with Device manager on my Samsung S9+ android Nighthawk app. I connect the EX7700 Extender, now when I try to look at Device manager by selecting "Network Map" then "Router" it shows nothing connected? If I select "Network Map" then "Extender" it will show whats connected through the extender. So Now I cant access the devices to turn them back on in the router.

 I have restarted my phone and all firmware is up to date.

I'm having the same issue, but I bought the xr500 router April 6th, and the device map had never worked. It just shows the router and my two ex7700 extenders
