Xbox one poor wireless connection to Nighthawk Dual-Band WiFi 6 Mesh System

I have a Nighthawk Dual-Band WiFI 6 Mesh setup. All devices except a couple connect fine with download speeds of around 100MBs.But I have one PC on a wireless dongle and an Xbox one which both connect wirelessly but both get really bad download speeds and ping.

When I conenct the Xbox to one of the satelites by ethernet cable I get 100MB download and latency of 20-30ms. When I connect wirelessly I get 15MBs and latency of 200ms even though the satelite is only half a meter away from the Xbox.

I've seen a few other people post problems with just a couple of devices not connecting well. I figure I will just get a different WiFi dongle for the PC (any recomendations?) but the Obox is a real problem. Any suggestions?
