ac2200 nighthawk x4 i accidentally swapped it from 2.4 ghz to 5 ghz. how do i swap it back

i accidentally swapped  my extender from 2.4ghz to 5ghz and now i cant swap it back. what do i do

you may need to factory reset the unit by holding the reset button for 10+ seconds then set up the extender again.
