all 4 lights on extender but still getting internet not available

Question

Hi,&nbsp;&nbsp;I did everything that I was supposed to do I think.&nbsp; This is day 3 of hitting dead ends. Really disppointing.&nbsp;In mywifiext it states that Im connected but to routed and to extnders.&nbsp; The SSID's are different.&nbsp; I have tried Dymamic and Ip configs and it still doesnt work.&nbsp; I have even tried changing the channels from 40 to 42, 44 and nothing.&nbsp; i see the extenders listed on all my apps but it reads connected without internet.&nbsp;&nbsp;Also in mywifiext it tells me to connect any wireless but since I cant connect I cant click the button.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The extender itself had 4 green lights on.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The firmware is up to date per the message it gave me last night.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Really hoping someone helps this is too expensive to not attempt to get help.&nbsp;&nbsp;Carmen&nbsp;

I have also rebooted several times and I even reset it a couple of times.&nbsp;&nbsp;
