Are you using a VPN to connect through your router? I faced a similar issue while I was using a free proxy extension which showed my real ip instead of a masked ip address, eventually i had to switch to Ivacy, a secure VPN client to rectify that error and it worked. Infact, they are offering a free 7 day trial this month due to covid-19 to flatten the curve.
