ex6400 1.0.2.140 Mesh is not working yet

Hi,

After

- upgrading to 1.0.2.136 and then to 1.0.2.140 

- settiing up "one wifi name" and connecting to main router

- hardware set to Extender

- only 2.4Ghz enabled

I still lose connection while walking my home. As example my whatsapp calls or webex  lose conection while walking between one router to another. If I walk step by step I know that there is proper networking (no blind spots) so the problem is that iphone 7 or mac book pro is not disconecting and connecting : it doesn't ask for password but is clear that is not automatically.

Please your help to solve this issue

Hello jkuan - Are you experiencing the same issue with other mobile devices? Have you tried enabling the 5Ghz band to see if your issue persists?
