ex6410 all lights on, not responding

I have a wifi extender. All the lights are stuck on

the power is solid amber, the client is solid amber, the transfer lights are slow blue. Restarting the device does not change the state of the lights, there is no flashing they immediately appear to be solid colours amber and blue.

Holding down the reset button for 30 seconds does not alter the state of the leds.

I believe there is a hardware problem, is anyone able to confirm this based on the permanent solid state of the lights
