What are the led's on the extender doing? (all of them, color/blinking/solid)
What firwmare is on it?
What router are you connecting it to?
Were you able to go through setup on the ex7000?
Or did you try setup via WPS?
Just a fyi because many miss it, the EX7000 is a mesh extender. If you set it up in mesh mode or using wps, it uses the same ssid as the router does. Meaning it won't show as a seperate network. It'll use the same ssid as the router and devices will roam to it based on their own roaming protocol.
