extender has stopped working properly
Horrible Customer Service. I purchased this product to help with a deadspot in my home. It worked for a few months and then stopped working. I originally bought from Amazon and it's past their return date. The extender is within warranty but Netgear wants ME to pay for shipping it back. What kind of BS is this? They won't issue a refund and now I have to pay to send it back? I even asked the man on the phone if they would send me a shipping label. He said instructions were in an email they sent...I should have known that runaround meant I would have to spend more money on this piece of junk. Shame on you Netgear for doing this. I'll be contacting the appropriate people to complain about your business practices.
