installing Netgear wifi range extender, model AC1200 dual band

Hi, please help, I'm trying to install my new wifi extender & the instructions say to open the wifi connection manager. Where do i find this? Thanks

the support site has install videos. I'd try watching one of those. They walk you through both the installation assistant and using wps.
