mywifiext.com error
Hello.
I'm new here, English is difficult and I barely know how to create a new thread, so bear with me, please.
I'm trying to get my new Netgear extender going and the instructions tell me to go to a site called mywifiext.com. All is fine and well intil I get to the part where it asks me to enter the password for the WiFi I want to extend. There is NO field to enter the password in.
Can anyone please tell me how to skip this part since the website is broken? I have emailed Netgear but to no avail. I would just like to get around this so I can get my extender to work.
Thanks in advance.

Re: mywifiext.com error
Head to https://www.netgear.com/support/ and type in your extender model, like EX2700 .... grab the latest firmware, and update first.
This looks like a problem with some Internet Security garbage software blocking password fields on insecure Web connections, unlikely a a browser compatibility issue.
There is no need to hide the WPA2-PSK/WPA-TKIP security protocol settings btw.
