netgeat EXT 7500 connection issues
I picked up a range extended for my new house as the location of the main router is across the house and down a floor. I followed the setup wizard and after many attemps wont connect both the 2.4 and the 5g. So I went back and tried just connecting the 2.4 and that went through fine but it says in the mywifi.net that its 5g. Why cant I connect both line to the extender?

Re: netgeat EXT 7500 connection issues
The EX7500 is designed to use a wireless 5ghz backhaul. it uses its 2nd 5ghz band as a dedicated backhaul. this allows it to have lower latency and faster speeds.

Re: netgeat EXT 7500 connection issues
So I attached the screen shot of how it’s stating it’s setup and last night it had both 2.4 and 5 showing connected. And today it’s as it’s shown. Is this correctly setup or is it not extending both radios? And if so how do resolve it? I did the log into the 2.4 and complete the setup and even logged into the 5g and did it again.
