new desktop router issues

Either way, I'm hear to hear its working again.
P.S. The "other" way I was speaking of is the second solution they give on the site you suggested. "To reconnect your netgear via Wi Fi." As I said, the router light never lit up while I was trying the solution, but after leaving it sitting on my desk next to the computer router and modem it connected by itself. My EX3700 is about a year old, and my computer router and modem are brand new, from Charter.
Either way, I'm hear to hear its working again.
