just been given new modem by virgin as we had issues with signal in areas of our home, i bought our extender long time ago 3 4 or 5yrs ago really cant remember it was set up in our micro pub (garage conversation) it has worked perfect till now.
When i find the network and try to add the password for the new modem it keeps telling me the password is incorrect. I have spoken to virgin who are saying it is netgear problem But as it worked perfect before and have often had to re-enter password when virgin have done trouble shooting on old modem and we have changed passwords before and never had any issues
But this is driving me insane Please can anyone help me
