i can conect any devices it asks for the password the same as the router but then says its wrong and wont conect

Is this the initial installation, or did it work correctly before?

I’m having the same issue where it worked before, since getting a new broadband  it’s say incorrect password when entering the same password

While you're seeing a similar symptom, your problem might not be the same.

One option is of course to reset the extender, and try setting it up from scratch.

Yes I’ve factory reset the extender a few times now. It is still saying incorrect password after doing the initial set up via wps.
