wifi extender ac1200 log in troubles

when i try to connect to the wifi extender it keeps sending me to a page to log in, but wont let me create an account to log in.

How are you trying to set it up? 

Are you using the smart wizard or wps? 

What are you connecting it to? 

are you hardwiring into it for setup?

Setting it up in access point mode or extender mode?
