Coverage vs WN3000RP

I was about to purchase a second refurbished WN3000RP, when I came across the new WN1000RP on Amazon.

I do understand some of the feature differences between the two. However, I am not able to determine the difference in coverage. Does the 1000 have an equal or greater range than the 3000?

Re: Coverage vs WN3000RP

most coverage become same. coverage differ within the condition of the location. 10 people using same model can have 10 different results in converge

refurb only has limited warranty so unless you don't care for it go for it.

Re: Coverage vs WN3000RP

Thanks for your response.

I'm actually looking for differences in coverage between the 1000 and 3000. Any facts there?

both are single band 2.4ghz.

difference is one has antenna or not. you may see some changes rule of thumb is lower number means older units so you probably go latest one
