Troubleshooting help with frequent resetting of ADSL Modem

Modem: Netgear ADSL+Modem DM111PSP v2

Wireless Router: Netgear N600 Dual Band WNDR3400 v2


My modem is connected to the wireless router, and we use the following devices on the wifi network: Wii (primarily for Netflix), XBOX360, and 4 iphones.

My modem reboots itself frequently. (At least I consider it frequently)Smiley Tongue

I know it is probably normal for it to do this occasionally, but how often is considered too often?

I'd appreciate any help I can get with making sure that I have the appropriate and optimal settings for this product.

start with hard reset the unit and see

replace dsl filter .
