i just got a Netgear CG3000 router from the company i got internet at.

The problem for me is that they somehow disabled the usb port thats on the router.

Do you guys now if it´s possible to enable it somehow again ? ( i tried looking in the admin interface no luck there. )

Yes, like by typing its IP address on the browser http://192.168.0.x for example. Are you able to get in? Are you able to get a Netgear Smart Wizard page or a custom page from the internet service provider?

don't waste too much time. ISP provided unit may have branded firmware where it may disabled or cripple it.

call ISP and ask this issue
