I am hoping there is a way to name the "switch" in my router so that it shows as something other than "unknown" in my Network Map in Windows. Is that possible? Or perhaps just a way to make it display differently in Windows 7, like changing the icon to something other than a question mark? I'm not asking how to mane the router itself, I'm asking how to add a name to the switches inside it in Windows Network Map. It would be nice if it were even just "port 2" "port 3" etc.
