Hi, I've gone through tons of manuals and help files and I cannot get my printer to show on the network. Here's the details:
- I've connected my HP PSC 1315 printer via USB 2.0 Cable (supported by printer and apparently this router) to the USB Port on my router
- The USB light never lights up on the router when printer is connected
- I am on a Mac, latest OSX 10.11
- I installed the printer driver on my mac
- I installed the Genie software
- I browsed to my router url and cannot see the USB printer (or any devices) in "Advanced > USB Settings".
- I tested the printer before hand with the USB cable directly to my mac and it worked fine, I can print.
- I can see the printer in the genie app, but only when it was connected directly to my computer via USB. Once I connect the USB back to the router, printer shows offline.
- I tested the USB port on the router with a regular USB storage device and it worked fine and I COULD see that in the router USB settings -- so we know the USB port works.
So what could I be missing here? any help is much appreciated! Thank you!

Hello @xzab711

As of this writing, El Capitan is not compatible yet to work with ReadyShare Print.
You may try to use Bonjour to print.
