By the way, have you tried reinstalling and then removing it again?

Re: HTTPReadySHARE cannot be opened because of a problem
I have same issue. I still use my Netgear WNDR 4500 router and it works fine but a year or so ago these same warnings started popping up on my computer. I uninstalled my Readyshare app and don't really have a need to reinstall it as I don't use a ReadySHARE printer or attached USB devices. Has anyone found any answers other than a reinstall to make this go away.
Also, the ReadySHARE Printer download says it only supports MAC OS 10.9 but I'm on 10.11.6. Would it be a waste of my time to reinstall?

@wood92 The USB Control Center Utility is not available yet to work with the El Capitan and newer Mac OS.
You may want to see the thread from apple regarding the error.

Yeah You Right!
After a year of the pop-up and months of googling for tips this link finally solved my problem.
