How do I see what port my devices (cameras) are using with a WNDR4500 router? I need to know the Port the camera is using so I can see it from other software.

From your camera config. Camera has default port if you did not change it when you set it up. I don't know what camera you have
but every camera has conffig page. In my case I use Synology surveillace station which shows port # readily(this chageable).
