Making my router a International router

I am trying to make my N750 router an international router. I need to access channels 12 and 13 for testing purposes. Does anyone have any information on doing this?

I got it taken care of with some open source software. It allowed for lots of extras.

You can only access the the channels for your region..

The issue are having manufacturers is legislation!!

Asian countries are having the lowest range and strength due to space!!

Imagine in a Chineese tower a R9000 with US or Aus settings, hell to pick your own network and heaven for hackers!!

Just a reminder, using other channels outside the specified region may violate the FCC regulation. As @netwrks have mentioned you can only access the channels that are available for your region.
