When we try to connect to the internet with our cells, tablet, laptop, we get;
"Your connection is not private", NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID.
Called my internet provider who troubleshooted over the phone, then sent a tech out. After troubleshooting, tech says its strange that 2 MAC addresses come back whenever I try connecting just one device, when only one address should be coming back. Tech said the router is bad and needs replaced. The router is only 4 months old. Anyone heard of this issue?

Re: WNDR4300 Connection is not private, certificate authority invalid
Welcome to the community, @psky
Did you try using a different browser?
Which browser are you using?
Have you also tried doing a factory reset on the router?
After resetting the router, reconfigure it as if it's brand new out of the box then check for your connection.
