WNDR4500 Access control blocking all new devices on V1.0.1.46

After upgrading firmware to V1.0.1.46_1.0.76, Wireless Filter option desapeared and I could only find another Access Control option under Security, but it seems to not work as I cannot add new lines to the filter and it keeps blocking new devices from connecting to the network.
Any hints on how to edit the FIlter List?
Thanks
