netgear wnr20000v5 canot connect computer to printer via router.

Genie shows printer connected to router but apple computer says printer not connected when trying to print. Two different printers have same symptons.
N300 Wifi router.
epson xp 400 printer or kodak printer.
apple mini computer.
works fine with usb connected but can not get it to work wireless..
Must be doing something wrong.
Any Sugestions?

Are you using El Capitan OS for the Apple computer?
As of this time, the USB Control Center Utility is not compatible to work with El Capitan.
Our engineers are still working on the compatibility between this two software.
You may want to use Bonjour for printing.
