Perhaps try clearing your web browser cache, closing your web browser and reopening the web admin page. That would force the cache to be flushed. The cache of the web admin page would be flushed automatically eventually but your browser could take a while to do it automatically.

NB: A ReadyNas is not an excuse not to have a backup. Fire, theft, multiple disk failures, other hardware failure, floods, user negligence etc. can all result in loss of data.
