What does this mean? "Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received"
Comcast wants to prove my problem is my 6 monoth old moden, despite the fact the cable is 30 years old and patched.
And, the comcast technician gave me a copy of the noise, and said it was the worse she had seen, but comcast can't find that report.
I had this problem before I bought the new modem - that's why I bought a new modem.
I need to know WHAT THIS MEANS.
Support was no help - they send me 3 emails, gave me a case number, but NO WAY to continue the contact.
