Who Me Too'd this topic

Here is the router that I own:  

R7000 (3LG54674A43C0)  

I just received an email telling me that I have new firmware to install.  

However, when I go to my Netgear site and do the ADVANCED - ADMINISTRATION - ROUTER UPDATE and tell it to check for new firmware, I am told that   "No new firmware verion is available".  

Is there a firmware update or not??  

What do I do next?
