I’m trying to connect the owlet sock to my WiFi. I have reached out to there support and they say “my router is blocking” so it’s my router. In order to connect it to my WiFi I have to join the owlet created network then join my WiFi network and it will prompt me to enter the credentials. Once I do, it fails everytime. Then I tried to manually do it based on the instructions on their website for connecting with a computer and it has me join the owlet network then enter my IP address as if I’m trying to log into my router, it then opens a list of all available WiFi networks and I select mine, after a long wait I receive “connection failed: not authenticated (error 5)”.
Also side note is 75% of the time I try to do this, all the other devices on my WiFi are booted off my WiFi.
