C7000v2 connection loss and unresponsive

Purchased this modem/router in 2020 and it has been working beautifully until recently. Recently the modem/router loses wired and wireless connection, can not be accessed by net gear genie to perform a reboot, and can not be accessed through Xfinity app to perform reboot. The buttons on the front also become unresponsive. Wired devices don’t recognize a wired connection, let alone internet connection and wireless ID shows up but is unable to connect. Only way to return service is to unplug the device and plug it back in which only lasts for about 1 min. Net gear is arguing that it’s not a hardware issue when all signs point towards failed hardware. I have verified locked downstream channels with near acceptable power levels. Having trouble posting photo of downstream power levels. Any advice?
