What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

You'll not see anything much over 900Mpbs on the wire thru the Orbi AX. Lan port connection rates are limited to 1000Mpbs max. 

Now if you have WiFi AX supporting devices, then you may see over 1000Mbps. Depends on MIMO antenna support though.
