Thank you for sharing your experience with the NETGEAR Smart Parental Controls (SPC) service. We have received a handful of reports similar to yours and have been able to implement a patch for this issue. Will you please try to activate the SPC service again and let us know if the issue persists?
Steps to enable Smart Parental Controls (SPC):
- Log into the Orbi or Nighthawk app depending on which model router you have
- Locate and tap on the Parental Controls tile
- Swipe option to Enable Smart Parental Controls
